Need something different to do with Sausage?
Why not try this easy recipe that any home cook can do!!
Pick out what kind of sausage you like sweet ,hot,flavored,kielbasa,Etc
Hold on the side
In a large Fry pan add some olive oil heat till pan is hot..then add a large finely sliced white onion turn down to low or 6 on your stove.
Next add 6 to 8 cloves of fresh garlic sliced or 1/2 of a tablespoon of minced garlic
once onions have sweated you will then need 1 cup of red wine a Merlot or Cab is fine.
add a few springs of thyme.
follow that with a tablespoon of brown sugar and a teaspoon of Dijon mustard.
Then add a dash of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and pepper dash
while that is simmering cut your sausage diagonally and add to sauce cover and simmer until sausage is cooked.
Add a great Mashed potato to your plate !

Here's her Recipe for you to try!!
Turkey Meatballs with Fresh Marinara!!
2 lbs of Ground Turkey
3/4 cup of Panko bread crumbs
1/2 diced white onion
1/4 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of worcester sauce
1/3 cup of fresh parmesan cheese grated
2 cloves of fresh ground garlic
Dash of dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Fresh ground pepper
Mix all together with your hands for that perfect blending.
Roll into 2 inch balls
Brown in your fry pan with alittle olive oil
Place in 350 oven for about 20 minutes or till internal temp reaches 165 F.
2 large cans of peeled plum tomatos
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
4 fresh plum tomato's diced
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 small onion
1 green pepper
2 small carrots
1/4 cup sugar
1 Teaspoons of Red pepper flakes
1 Tablespoon of dried oregano
7 Fresh leaves of Basil ripped into small pieces
Saute the onion,garlic,carrot,pepper in the crock pot or rice cooker for about 5 minutes
add your remaining ingredients and let cook slow for about 3 to 4 hours stirring every 1/2 hour..
Put together with your meatballs and enjoy!!!

So it's school vacation week!!

Here are a few easy to do meals that can be boiled or nuked and ready in minutes
Pre make Mac & Cheese it's so easy and you can have it ready for them in
a freezer bag..
Boil your favorite pasta to al denta stage almost cooked but still alittle uff to it..
In a sauce pan melt together your favorite cheese choices with alittle butter and milk or cream.
Season with Salt and Pepper.
Toss together with pasta place in baggie,remove the air and place in your frig..
When the kids are hungry place bag in a pot of boiling water for about 8 to 10 minutes and your good to go ..
Add precooked hot dogs,ham or sausage,chicken as a special treat
Quickie pizza's cut those English muffins top them with sauce add some cheese and pop them in the toaster oven...
add pepperoni as a topping
Pre make wraps and sandwiches,and turn them into a great box lunch..
Use your imagination or ask the kids what they would like..
You'd be surprised how easy meal time will be..
